THE DRAGON HUNTERS

Poof-poof politicians and the vanity of two boys

Four years have passed and now they no longer have the right to repeat what happened to us during DPS because they have shown that it can be worse than DPS! And you know in what sense - they destroyed our hope! Hope that change is possible...

While universities in Serbia are burning with cries for justice and freedom, and Montenegrin universities are dying from traditional silence and serving politics, Prof. Dr. Biljana Maslovarić, from the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić, and said from the head of the entire citizen, something that should be repeated and recorded. In order not to forget.

But here we go live. "Colors of the morning", the last day of the past in 2024.

Biljana M., professor, just for us:

What is the obligation of a citizen?

I am here primarily as a citizen and I have the privilege, and for that I thank you, for my little thought to reach the people who are watching us now. As stressful as this was for me, as much as I suffered criticism because of this, I consider that this kind of public address is my obligation, as someone who works with young people, who advocates for critical awareness and critical reflection...

What marked 2024?

As much as my forecasts from the last day of 2023, when I was also a guest here, were that we were in for a difficult year, I could never have imagined how we would get to this moment... We are losing the president of the country... He has been gone for three, four days, I see that gave an interview this morning that I haven't read yet... Definitely, we lost a year, as a society we went into regression, we had local elections in PG that were national, at least that's how these wonderful politicians presented them to us... In order to in the end it turned out that it was just a matter of replacing two people... two people. We, as citizens, were under stress, we went to those elections, voted, and what happened at the end?! We have no idea! We lost the man who managed the process... And?! Nothing! Excuse me, but I think this is about the vanity of two boys, two young men, who are playing with the state... Well, we have a Prime Minister who casually delivers some strange things, fairy tales, that we will have this or that... And on the other hand, suddenly we see that they have reconciled something! AND?! Nothing. Shall we move on?

How did they kill our hope?

In general, politicians, I mean the Government, how many are there in the ministries, 32-33, hundreds, as the sum of the wishes of these political parties to fill those seats, without answering anything, that they don't even know the department they manage... We are like society is really on fire, unfortunately it is so... However, I think that the truth is enlightening, no matter how painful it is, it is a process and a guide to how to get up and move on. I think it's obvious, we have politicians who are now in power and who are 'under a)' how was it during DPS! Four years have passed and now they no longer have the right to repeat what happened to us during the DPS because they showed that it can be worse than DPS! And you know in what sense - they destroyed our hope! Hope that change is possible!

Why open lists?

I am counting on something that exists in homo sapiens, in us, in human beings, and that is not to give up! Let's not give in to the sense that, no matter how bad our politicians are, they depend on us, because one day they must come to round them up... And the first thing we should look for then are open lists. This does not suit the political parties, neither the ones currently in power, nor the former rulers. This would mean that I, as a citizen, you, all of us, tomorrow circle the name of a person whom we know for sure has graduated from university, legally, that he knows the field in which he should deal, that I want to hear him or her in parliament, and that I have faith that they did not get there by crawling through political parties to ingratiate themselves with their leaders! So, I think that we, as a society, as citizens, have to start pushing them so that they understand that they cannot, like those from whom they learned for 30 years, rule by division! They live on that, they systematically divide us, who is a Serb, who is a Montenegrin, what is our national orientation... Resolutions are being made, I have the feeling that it is the XNUMXs, that we have entered, that is, that we have returned to the XNUMXs, we are just missing a few more things - and that's it!

Why are we on the Titanic?

You asked me who celebrated last year?! I was clear right away, I really cannot express the amount of contempt I feel for all of them, led by Mr. Spajić and Mr. Milatović. I don't know how else to say it without being polite, except to express a huge amount of contempt, and anger towards them who are playing with us and this country. It's like we're their rattle... so they'll easily go with us, counting like DPS, that we'll quickly forget everything... I really think we're like a company on a Titanic, and we don't know where we're sailing, and those who are paid to know enjoy it in that fear of ours, thinking we have the memory of a fly. They want to rule without answering. As DPS did and told us for 30 years about the neoliberal concept and the market that will solve everything. Market in Montenegro?! Where we don't produce anything and where we have a big increase in wages and I don't know that one factory was opened, that small and medium enterprises, rural households were supported... One minister says one thing, another another. A general cacophony... Look, I think we're going to do the worst! And they, puff-puff politicians, and truc-truc, or this morning I see that they are also buc, it's all one basket, and they imagined that it would be good for them, that their CVs would be filled with the fact that they were ministers, prime ministers, presidents, whatever, even if it somehow pleases them, it feeds their vanity, but they would never answer. And they are very happy to forbid, that there is no dialogue, that there is no criticism... It is probably according to the Rules of Procedure, but you heard the President of the Assembly - I forbid you to speak! MPs are forbidden from what is their main job - to speak!

Are we immature as a society?

I have no doubt that our politicians only care about themselves. And they are not interested in the citizens. Because they think that we can swallow everything... We as a society are not mature... The value system is completely destroyed... The state of consciousness, collectively, worries me... We have had not only 30 years, but longer, single-mindedness, one, one, one, and then for as a result, we have a collective consciousness that is problematic, along with education that essentially never existed, or rarely existed, in the last three decades, that had an emancipatory role and a value orientation. People are simply left to themselves, to swim as individuals and whether or not they have the courage to say what they think.

Is there a rebellion at the University of Montenegro like at the University of Belgrade?

No... no... Do we have an intellectual elite that should keep a society awake?! Weak! Very weak. Responsibility for the state of society and how it is borne by the academic community. As a professor, I cannot talk about the Declaration on Human Rights and Freedom of Speech without showing it to the students... Both in the classroom and outside it... That is why the educational system and the quality of work in it are important. And what did we have?! We had one minister of education who changed 500 grades! And the citizens remained silent. Because those 500 parents and 500 students were satisfied that they were drawn with a five instead of a unit! So that the public would then turn on those who assessed and discovered the scandal. And that little minister left. And no one mentions him anymore. And that's how we got to the point where politicians show that they are only interested in loyalty and not critical awareness. Not even a small noise... Here I am going to have consequences for what I am talking to you this morning. But I don't regret it. Because truth creates the world. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I believe it is so.

There... Well done for Professor Maslovarić. They would rule without answering. Just two days after this precise definition was pronounced, confirmation of its validity came through the Cetinje massacre and tragedy. The so-called security sector and its tragicomic commanders (Spajić, Bečić, Saranović) were more concerned about crisis PR and remediation of the consequences of crimes for their government, than they were willing to take their share of responsibility for the horror in the capital. During the freakish time of the DPS, one minister (urban planning) resigned only because an inspector from his jurisdiction was caught accepting a bribe. Here, the heads of innocent people fall continuously, first Pavino Polje, now Cetinje, and the prime minister laughs in the face of the entire public and answers the question of responsibility and resignation that, well, Brđanin "fell" because of Balijagić! Even though we all know he is lying to us, even though the prime minister knows that we do, he does not give up lying. How are they? Because even the birds on the branch are singing how Brđa fell because of the division of loot and seats between the Prime Minister and the Democrats! Partitocracy and ignorance make the entire state apparatus, including the security part, incapable or immature to respond to numerous challenges and tasks. Professor Maslovarić is right: Look, I think we're going to do the worst! And they, puff-puff politicians, and truc-truc, it's all one basket, they imagined that it would be good for them... Itd… Itd...

If the words of Biljana Maslovarić were repeated every day, it would be little, but it would be a significant effort on the way to winning freedom and maintaining hope. So spread this performance of the professor on those famous and sick networks, this is like "domestos", it kills the poison and dirt of the new world of Musk, Zuckerberg and similar gangs.
