The day after the lost elections in August 2020, the leader of the Kavač clan, Radoje Zvicer, criticizes police officer Petar Lazović for a poorly done job, especially in Budva, where the DPS was beaten to the punch, alongside its two living kings, Bran and Delić. Lazović junior justifies his father Zoki, because it's not like "dad didn't tell them". As a reminder, we are talking about the brotherhood and unity of the then police chief for the fight against organized crime and the two holders of the list of persons of interest to security! Mashala. But, according to the results of the August elections, it would seem that everything was in vain. Lazović senior was in vain telling Bran and Delić to "plow the roads", they clearly cooled him off. Apparently, they realized, like Legija on October 5, that the Boss's shelf life had expired. It's no wonder then that, after the published results, Petar disappointedly admitted to Radoj: "Brother, they're all today, tomorrow, don't worry, this-that, that's OK, etc... It hurts me..., from the bottom of my heart for this one and only country! For dad and Lomi until the end, whatever he was!"
Although the end is not yet in sight, it would not seem that Lazović junior, four and a half years after the DPS's defeat, can hope for good. Together with his father, he has been in custody for a long time, awaiting trial on charges of the most serious crimes. While Lomi (Đukanović) is waiting for the DPS to promote him to some kind of honorary president, although one of the party's leaders, Nikola Janović, vividly explains that in politics, as in water polo, there is no honorary title. "If you were a captain and achieved a great result, that is enough, there is no honorary captain"!
Unfortunately, Skaja is no more, so we will never know what they were chatting about in the Supca prison a few days ago, some Petar Lazović of the new liberation government from August 2020 and some Radoje Zvicer, of the Škalja clan, not the Kavač clan. That's how it turns out, even though Milan Knežević is an MP, not a police officer, and Milo Božović is the suspected leader of the OKG in custody, not on the run. Like Zvicer.
Unless you want to accept the narrative of the leaders of ZBCG, PES and DCG, that the indictments against Lazović, Katnić, Milović are clear and sufficient evidence that criminalizes DPS, while the indictment against Milo Božović is a moment of weakness for SDT, a fake document and a "brutal attack on the reputation and honor of Mr. MB"! This is what Mladen Mikijelj, not Zarathustra, said less than a year ago. Forgive Mikijelj for his expression.
The story, therefore, boils down to the old dilemma - which came first, the chicken or the egg. Because we come to a more than clear picture that both the former and current government are inclined to cooperate with OKG and BIL, only some of Lomi's admirers are on the run, while these Vojvodina, minus Božović, are at large. So they can, like Brano and Delić once did, plow through Budva in the election campaign. As recently, according to a witness, Nikola Jovanović, the unsuspecting mayor of the capital of tourism and fairgrounds.
But, if you don't believe Jovanović, there's Milan Knežević. He went to Božović's feet on the same day, or somewhere around that time, when Bečić and Spajić agreed to remove the competent ministry's proposal to repeat the Budva Municipal Assembly session on January 23 from the agenda of the Government of Montenegro. If we had Sky like we used to, we would probably one day read the correspondence between Bečić, Spajić, and Knežević, just as we have been following the chats of former rulers and heroes, Lazović, Milović, and Zvicer for months. Let's put it this way:
Knežević (to Spajić and Bečić): Look, guys, you should postpone the Budva Municipal Assembly session with the Government because I have arranged a visit to ZIKS and Milo through the President of the Higher Court!
Spajić: But Milo is not in prison yet!
Knežević (angrily to Spajić): Not that Milo, you idiot, but Božović. You really are a medical phenomenon.
Bečić: We thought that you and Andrija were in more trouble with Božović than with that Đukanović, that's why the Boss Đuka came to mind first!
Knežević: Yes, but the water reached the floor. The Chief from Belgrade and the Patriarch personally called me to go to Milo and deliver the message to him - Budva must not fall!
Something like that... But, what we have seen and read in the past months and years is enough to justify the conclusion that the former and current government are doubly naked, the front and back of the same, criminal coin. Because, Milan K. was not in ZIKS and knelt before the suspected leader of the Skaljar clan Milo B. on behalf of the unsuspecting collector in Botun, much less was he sent there by Jelena Karleuša and Tonino Picula, it is clear to everyone, including Alek and Mickey, that the leader of the DNP visited Spuž on behalf of the so-called parliamentary majority! The same one that swallowed Milatović in Podgorica and now intends to repeat the same over Jovanović in Budva. Which is a lot harder for them, especially after even the prayer lunch at Joanikije's did not help.
If the "visit of the old gentleman" Milan ZIKS brings results, and PES, Democrats and ZBCG form a government with Jovanović, it will be indisputable proof of the coalition of the Government of Montenegro and OKG! Where the newly composed parliamentary majority, both at the state and local levels, functions according to the DPS model - with the omerta and blessing of criminal structures. Starting from Milo Božović to BIL persons mentioned by Nikola Jovanović, but who are also in the Sky correspondence. However, Spajić's and Bečić's parties skip that part. Namely, in addition to Brano and Delić who worked for "our" cause and Lomi, the Sky heroes also talk about "Kana and the team" who "plowed" for "the church and sacred places". Therefore, when Democrats and PES catch a whiff of the work of criminal clans in favor of DPS and Lomi, they should not keep quiet about part of the same evidentiary material in which "their" admirers or even patrons are mentioned. Because it's not hard to imagine the aforementioned Khan saying: "I'm so....heartbroken for this country! I'm for the Serbian world, for Andrija, Aleksa, Milojko, for Lord Vučić and our Patriarch Porfirije, to the end, whoever he may be!"
What in the tragicomic story of the connection between politics and the mafia, forming the government or conducting state affairs from the ZIKS, and not from the national or local parliament, are the parties of less numerous people doing? It is difficult to find a meaningful answer?! The villains would say - it is no wonder that Nik and Ervin are part of the majority that, when necessary, does not hesitate to support the OKG, because for years and decades they were traditional partners of the DPS, which also maintained power, in large part, and with the support of the OKG.
True. The dean of the ETF and the newly elected mayor Saša Mujović would say, as he emerges from the monastery pool with holy water on the so-called Epiphany. Fuck Newton and Kant, Nikolaj Velimirović and Željko Mitrović ask themselves. Is that right, Milatović? European, civic, Montenegrin, true, true, true.
