To paraphrase Boris B., the informal leader of the Democrats: DCG, PES, ZBCG hid all their misdeeds behind European messages - in the name of Europe they gave Vučić the Resolution on Jasenovac, Luka Bojović Podgorica, and most recently, the student Stojaković - Parezanović. That is, the BIA. Just as the DPS once hid its misdeeds behind European messages: "giving Telekom to sister, 'Limenka' to brother, and a ferry to the godfathers", as Bogdanović himself picturesquely concluded the other day.
Another confirmation of the fact that the "liberators" of 2020 managed to catch up with DPS in record time, in just a few years, in playing up to European values and standards.
That's why I have no reason not to believe Belgrade lawyer Nikola Lakić when he says that "the arrest of Serbian student Luka Stojaković was a coordinated action by our security services with services in Montenegro", with the conclusion: "It is sad that the Montenegrin services, controlled by Democratic Party officials, serve as an aid to Aleksandar Vučić"...
What personally struck me the most in the still unexplained gibberish about the monitoring, stopping, arresting and then releasing of the Serbian student was the statement from the Police Directorate. It was only when they spoke out that I thought they were hiding something again. Like in Cetinje. Because everything looked like a new spin, similar to the one from the tragic night, when they fooled us with a false "situational event". Let me remind you: appearing before the press, after a few hours and an eerie silence, which was broken by rumors from social networks about the crime and the number of people killed, Minister Šaranović and Police Director Šćepanović tried to anesthetize the public with the phrase "situational event"! Which was supposed to convince us that everything happened in one place, at one moment, so quickly that the police could not react. And save someone out of the 15 killed and wounded.
It quickly turned out that it was pure spin, and that after the "situational event" the killer walked around Cetinje for almost half an hour, shooting and spreading death. When the spin was quickly unmasked, the security sector, their boss, the minister and the first police officer never mentioned that explanation again. And the justification.
And now, in a short period of time, we have the case of the arrest and detention for 24 hours of student Luka Stojaković, where we again hear useful ambiguities from the authorities in the security sector. First, lo and behold, the media from Serbia, close to Vučić and the BIA, triumphantly inform us that a "suspicious" student Luka Stojaković, previously known to the propaganda machinery of the Serbian president because of his "country of origin" and Croatian passport, has been arrested in Pljevlja! Then days pass, and only 48 hours after the "exclusive" of Vučić's "Politika" about the arrest of the problematic student, Luka Stojaković himself, via Instagram, informs the public about the details of the case. How he was followed, stopped, detained, detained for 24 hours, fined for a misdemeanor and then released! With a message - thank you to the Montenegrin police for your correct behavior, they told me that their order came from the top.
Only after the roll call, a full three days after the interception of the LS student, did the security sector and its outpost police department react quickly and confusedly, according to the principle of "situational event"! The public is once again being spun and humiliated, and instead of explaining why the police were following the student under rotation, demanding a drug test, and especially why they kept him in a cell for 24 hours, Bečić, Šaranović, and Šćepanović mock us, reducing the entire event to a "routine control". Not a word about everything that happened during the 30 hours of "processing" of student Stojaković! Except that "usual police practice was carried out".
The Police Administration did not deny anything that student Stojaković announced in his public address, pointing out the controversial details and actions. It did not even mention it in its statement?! Although the regional public was already aware of the fact that the driver of the "accidentally" tracked car was not an ordinary citizen, but one of the leaders of the student movement in Serbia. And that this increased public interest in all the details of the proceedings in order to remove any doubts from the student, his lawyers, and a good part of the public in Montenegro and Serbia?!
The UP statement thus only reinforced the subjective feeling that our security sector is not only incompetent, but also prone to political instrumentalization. In this specific case, it turns out that Spajić, Bečić and Mandić, by compromising a student from the Liberal Party, provided assistance to the shaken President Vučić?! That's how times change. When Đukanović was "in trouble" on election day in 2016, brother Vučić delivered him a "bashibozuk" who was preparing an alleged coup, so that now that Vučić is not feeling very well, brother Bečić, or Mandić, regardless, is sending him assistance in the form of compromising a student from the Liberal Party, Luka Stojaković?!
If we had a prime minister, it would already be known whether the security sector in this case acted in collusion with or on the orders of the partner services of the endangered Belgrade autocrat, and if they did, those responsible would already have been dismissed. This way, everything boils down to meaningless announcements and statements, which opens up room for numerous doubts and speculations. Then, post festum, some checks on police work are organized, such as the one regarding the Vranje and Cetinje crimes, only to have it all come down to misleading the public and humiliating common sense. Where the so-called Internal Control reveals the professional shortcomings of irrelevant chiefs and assistants who are quickly replaced and new ones are elected.
Just as our parliamentary majority partner from Belgrade, AV, is mocking its citizens by selling them the latest fairy tale about fighting corruption by arresting some third column, irrelevant cogs in the machine of death and theft that he himself has been building for the last decade and a half, and which responds to the name of the SNS.
It is clear to every well-intentioned citizen that our security situation is far from stable, no matter how much the biggest critic of that sector, Jakov Milatović, has been convincing us of its stability. Since the New Year, realistic images from various spheres of gloomy Montenegrin reality have been covered with new, rose-colored glasses. So instead of bile, the head of state is now delivering us only honey. The stunned public has been speculating for weeks about what happened to the man, and now everything has finally been clarified. It is not just Luka Bojović, as the head of the DPS, Živković, claims. There is something in the "silverware", and not just fear. In addition to the long-awaited seven-seat car, four new tires, there is also a much more serious expense for all of us taxpayers - new asphalt through the villages of Podostrog, and lo and behold, right on the route that leads to the president's renovated house. Sorry, old man. The budget plans a whole million for this purpose. Of course, not because of the president, but because of the neighbors, the villagers, whose number is unknown.
It is not for nothing that four centuries ago the great Shakespeare wrote about the power of gold and silver: "Curse the metals,/ You filthy whore who seduces people/ And nations."
