The police are no longer what they used to be. If you don't believe it, just look at the first of them, Director Lazar, and it will be clear to all who are slaves to stereotypes that the traditional institution of force and injustice has been transformed after August 30, 2020. And into an academic community that easily grapples with satire and writers, and not like it used to be, in the bad old days, with a mat and Milan Knežević.
Therefore, it should not surprise us that the Police Directorate, acting on the filed report, took action within its official jurisdiction and, of course, in accordance with the law, immediately informed the state prosecutor at the ODT Podgorica about the incident. Therefore, the people's militia did not remain silent for days and weeks as before August 30, 2020, for example on September 3, 2013, waiting almost a month to report to the ODT a completely harmless case, when instead of a satire and a writer, a thug and a street urchin acted. And on top of all that, old goatThis is about VB Popović's attack on the Vijesti team, journalists and photojournalists, who were in a public area, in front of the offices of the famous Institute for Public Policy, asking for a statement and taking pictures. old goat. And no lacquered cockroach. The VBP then, with a barrage of insults and threats, took away the photojournalist Luka Zeković's means of work and confiscated his material.
You can imagine what would happen if the host of the controversial show on Adria TV old goat, a month ago, when this guy made a sexist attack on her, she slapped him. Or grabbed him by the tie and started pulling out his dirty tongue. Who, like Bebin, barked at journalists who were just doing their job. VBP cursed at their mother and said that they stinky shit, while this latest copy old goat attacked everyone "above and below" the presenter's shirt, because some UCG assistant professors like it hot.
Instead of the Police Department proceeding the next day, or if Šaro and Šćepan were in a regular search of persons of security interest that evening and skipped the controversial guest appearance, then a few days later, after several non-governmental organizations made a statement, prosecuting the disgusting sexism and misogyny of a university employee, they kept quiet about the scandal. And only then did Brano Mandić react, albeit with his own tools, satire and metaphors, and not with a baton and a report to the competent ODT. Thus saving the public space from vulgarity, verbal violence, misogyny. Since the Police Department did not file a report with the competent state prosecutor, asking him to check whether the statement of the assistant professor of the University of Montenegro contained symptoms and behaviors that indicate old goat, because that evening he was about to ask the author of the show to undress in the studio so that he could see what he was interested in - not the AX advertising slogan on the front of the T-shirt - but "what is below and above it", then my colleague Mandić logically concluded that UP actually shares the position of the Ethics Committee of the University of Montenegro! That my colleague is a sophisticated gentleman and not old goat, who, with a sexist and lascivious attack on Irena Tatar, "expresses an affinity for the journalist's spirit"! Starting from the scientifically accepted theory at the University of Montenegro that only a healthy mind can exist in a healthy body, which means that the fellow assistant professor was not attacking the journalist's body, but her spirit.
The writer correctly concluded that the Adria TV journalist is not the daughter or niece of anyone from the aforementioned university board or anyone from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Police. Even if none of them had a daughter or niece, otherwise they would easily conclude that the behavior of the controversial assistant professor at the University of Montenegro shows symptoms that were detected by the writer and journalist Brano Mandić: that the aforementioned journalist turned out to be "the object of desire of an old goat who shows the youth that without him there is no punch, nor a show without a pub joke with which we will relax the atmosphere since we are still tense from three decades of anti-Serbian persecution. If the tension continues, we can also say that under the skirt it is the goal, not the object... "
They didn't even have to be as creative and satirical as their colleague Mandić, they could just follow the example of the University of Montenegro administration, which distanced itself from the controversial performance of its assistant professor, concluding: "We strongly condemn the extremely inappropriate discourse that AS directed at the show's editor, Irena Tatar."
Although it was much easier to detect the sexism, misogyny, lasciviousness, cruelty, and violence of the assistant professor of the University of Montenegro than the violation of public morality by the metaphor of the writer and columnist Bran Mandić, Šaro and Šćepo once again decided to take the harder path. To humiliate the public again and start explaining to us how public morality was trampled on by the writer and not the assistant professor. Which forced Mandić to explain to them that metaphor is not a baton, and satire is a mat. But that the assistant professor finds the phrase “old goat” objectionable is easily proven. And that “it is given metaphorically in accordance with the broader semantic layers of the textual whole - from mythological satires, Dionysian festivals, all the way to popular culture and Žika's dynasty; the old goat is held up as a symbol of ritual fertility and excessive sexual connotation, which I ultimately find objectionable to the UCG assistant professor in the text, of course, solely in light of his university title".
In vain, the diligent and striking work of the UP was ignored by the competent ODT, stating that old goat there are no elements of a criminal offense, the PG Security Department has shown that it knows literary theory and basic stylistic figures better than those from the prosecution. And that the writer, not the assistant professor, should be held accountable under Article 7 of the Law on Public Order and Peace, for “insulting and insolent behavior”. The UP did not take as a mitigating circumstance for Mandić the fact that he had not been previously punished on this basis, while they completely ignored the fact that the assistant professor is a multiple returnee, that is, that he has long been recognized in the public sphere as old blowThanks to which he once received a university chair in Pale, in the prestigious educational system of Radovan Karadžić and Milorad Dodik.
In this regard, and as professional procedure dictates, after reviewing all available material and diametrically different viewpoints of a number of institutions, I retract the words from the beginning of the text. However, the entire apparatus of force, or its largest part, is the same as it was before August 30, 2020. Because even then, the police, in cooperation with the prosecutor's office and the court, processed metaphors.
