THE DRAGON HUNTERS

PES on devices

Without a clear policy and principles, without vision and determination, bowing to intra-party divisions, and even more so to coalition partners, Spajić is slowly but surely heading towards political disappearance.

Only in the research of the RTCG priest Raoniki and the prayers of the political director Bojović, the Europe Movement now stands at a safe and convincing 20 percent of voter support. In reality, it is closer to a single-digit rating than the one that the controversial IPSOS insists on. Only URA still holds up so well with the same agency. And in the podcast with Dritan.

But, much more convincingly about the rating and position of the supposedly strongest party of the ruling majority is the political everyday life. Not a day or two goes by without one of the coalition partners of PES testing their potential and leadership. Or as Vasilije Čarapić would think, not a minute or two goes by without someone making fun of and humiliating us. Worse than I did myself by driving a mattress in the official car of the Parliament.

A few days ago, the Democrats announced through (their) Minister of Culture that the fate of the famous “Rank Plate” from Morinje should be resolved by the Prime Minister. And then, just two days later, a certain Dario Vraneš, a Serb (of Croatian origin, judging by his name and Šešelj?!), literally mocked the PES, claiming that he would not be able to sleep because of their threat to withdraw support for him in Pljevlja. The mayor is right to hold his stomach in laughter because this is the umpteenth time that the PES has turned its cheek to Vraneš and said - 'go ahead and slap him again, if you dare!?' after the unnamed mayor slapped them on the opposite side of the face. And so on, slap after slap, until Mandić replied to Spajić (to the request to protect them from the “Croat” Dario) - and why are you touching him first, Miki...

With a symbolic move, changing the city signs with directions that show the distance of Pljevlja from world metropolises, Spajić and Bečić's mayor actually exposed the essence. Both about the strength and position of Raonić's "strongest party", but also about the politics of the current parliamentary majority. In short, Vraneš says: PES is a hoax, a trumpet, a sheep's thump, and the path we are leading MNE is to the Serbian world! And not to the EU! The Serbian major of the Croatian name tells Miki and Aleksa how boss Rajo (Mandić) is dragging them with a story about the unwavering path to Brussels - he is leading us to the line of our famous ancestors, Milošević and Karadžić - Knin - Banja Luka - Prizren. It's not exactly the same as Karlovac - Karlobag - Virovitica, but better than nothing.

Humiliated and insulted, PES did not speak out again. Smart. Because what could they say except to turn the other cheek once again so that Vranes could slap them in the face again. And send them to the corner to kneel on the corn. As punishment for not accepting reality and the fact that they are just a fig leaf of the ruling majority. And not a leader and a driving force.

PES went through a similar thing with its closest partner, the Democrats. After the Reds pushed PES into war with neighboring Croatia, starting with the alleged Jasenovac Resolution, to Krapović's badges with the ship Jadran that he never takes off his lapel, now they have also shoved the plaque in Morinje into the hands of brother Miki. Personally.

"The decision on the removal of the controversial memorial plaque in Morinje should be made by Spajić," says the "red" Ministry of Culture. It looks like a sign of attention and respect for boss Spajić, but in fact, as with Vraneš, the minister is making fun of PES and Miki. Because she also knows that PES and their leader have neither the point nor the vision that would "force" them to make a move. And she was right. A week has passed without the Prime Minister or PES's position on the matter. Instead of immediately sending Vujović home, should the Prime Minister himself announce, for example, that the plaque will remain until further notice, because it was the Democrats, with their bizarre politics, who added it to the list of controversial issues with neighboring Croatia!? So the Morinje plaque will also be resolved in that package.

It is clear, therefore, that in addition to Spajić's character or profile, his silence and restraint on any sensitive issue are influenced by confusion and disorientation within PES itself. The party resembles a detuned orchestra in which everyone plays their own notes. And some even play someone else's. On Sunday, Croatian analyst Aleksandar Music vividly described PES as a party without a vision, which pushes it into the "black-shirted SNS/BIA matrix"! That is, into the politics and narrative that also keeps Serbs in Montenegro in an anti-Western trance of defense against common sense and the alleged colored revolution. For Music, the only Serbian politician in Montenegro who breaks this idyll is Nikola Jovanović, who, according to him, has the capacity to deviate from the "Vraneš transversal" and return the majority of Montenegrin Serbs to the motherland. Leaving Pipun from "old Montenegro" and Šubara from Nikšić in the orbit of the aforementioned black-shirted politics. Which has tragically kept Serbia far from Europe and the West for more than a century.

But let me get back to PES. I imagine Spajić waiting for Bečić to join him in condemning Vraneš's latest disgrace, while he (Aleksa) is preparing a statement in which he will say that everything is in the hands of the prime minister. And that he should decide. That is, the fractures. Just like in Morinje. The experienced Mandić is watching all this from a distance and rubbing his hands. Even according to the research of the priest's brother Roaniki, the Democrats are in free fall. At the level of URE, 7-8 percent. So, in 2027 they will fight for the census unless, like the blessedly departed SNP, they find salvation in the arms of the black-robed conglomerate of Andrija Mandić. Together with Dajković and Ostojić. And I hope, without Abazović.

Where the PES will be in 2027, or how far they will fall, is not difficult to predict. Without a clear policy and principles, without vision and determination, bowing to internal party divisions, and even more so to coalition partners, Spajić is slowly but surely stepping into political disappearance. That is, a lifeline of the type of Danilović, Pura Popović or some similar outsider. Who will survive by clinging to either the Blackshirts or Milo's anchor. Rather for the former because it is obvious that the majority of the party leadership cherishes this ideological and value-based worldview. Which aims, as the aforementioned analyst Music notes, to "ripped the indigenous Serbs out of Montenegro, SAO-ized them and dragged them into the collective psychosis of a permanent state of emergency"! What a government in Serbia and the Dodikland, for an extended period.

To comfort himself, Spajić has an "excuse". And he loves excuses the most. So he blames Đeljošaj for the agony with the airports, a certain Mijomir for the tragicomedy in Budvanska, and probably a local councilor for the mockery in Pljevlja, his or Aleksin, who firmly supports the "Croat" Dario and doesn't give a damn about the headquarters in Podgorica. Similar to that Krstović who turned out to be the main culprit and excuse for Milatović in his transformation from Jakov to Mašan.

True, Spajić's justification in this particular case is much more serious. DPS is slowly returning to factory settings, to the Taliban phase and its embrace with the "church of Serbia", so the room for maneuver for the party of the civic center, as the PES presents itself, is truly narrowed. But Spajić cannot wait for DPS to give up on its analysts and strategists, scoundrels and boxers, who have been pushing it into the political abyss for two decades, convincing it even now that everything that happens after August 2020 has nothing to do with Milo and Roćen, but is the exclusive merit of the "church of Serbia". If Spajić and PES were up to the task, they would dictate trends - both on the left and on the right. And not the other way around. Otherwise, Miki could already be thinking about forming a committee to prepare the funeral of his political child.
