Will you allow me, esteemed audience, to paraphrase? Tolstoy: “All happy blockades are similar to each other, every unhappy blockade is unhappy in its own way.” Where does this comparison come from? Because blockades also have their own subgroups, classes, and differences.
One of the most famous film blockades is from the movie “Who’s Singing Over There?” when the grandfather says “You won’t be able to go any further!”. He blocks the road because of injustice and calls “the children” as security. There were also blockades with logs in the 1990s. Borders, crossings, bridges were blocked.
Later, the bank accounts of some companies and individuals were blocked. When the roof collapsed in Novi Sad, intersections and roads were blocked at the time when people were killed, one minute for one person, symbolically and peacefully. These people were declared "blockaders" with a pejorative connotation of that name.
The citizens of Cetinje blocked the main road because of problems with a long-defunct company whose name is hardly remembered anymore. Decades later, after the regime under which everything went to hell was replaced, they took courage and blocked the roads.
Citizens of Cetinje, whose families suffered a great tragedy, later blocked the road, dissatisfied with the police reaction and the government's response to their demands.
The people of Botun recently began unannounced blockades of intersections and roads because, despite their opposition, a collector is being built in the Botun area. Not long after, the citizens of “Park Šuma Zlatica” came out and blocked the very beginning/end of the highway, dissatisfied with having to pay high taxes and interest for houses that are illegally on state-owned city land.
It seems that no matter which way you go, the blockade never goes away. Let it find you. There will certainly be more of them. Because, when television stations film people blocking, there are sincere people whose goal is to draw attention to injustice and neglect. But there are also those who clearly come out to talk, to light up, to appear, to use their five minutes of fame, because, perhaps, they have nothing else to do and they may care.
Every settlement will find its own reason for blocking the road. Every family will find some reason to take to the streets - because of the fence, the septic tank, disenfranchisement, boredom...
Why is this so? Because people have no trust in institutions, they are radicalizing to the extreme, they don't trust the system, they don't even have expectations. The state and the government will be put to the test, because as time goes on, there will certainly be more and more blockades, smaller and larger, in all directions.
But what is most interesting, Spajić The blockades don't affect him. It's not that he pretends they don't affect him, but he really doesn't care. Maybe that's a good thing. Some people took to the streets, created a crowd for a few hours and left. Who knows, maybe it's wise to ignore everything, because the question is, is there anyone on this planet who can solve all these problems and make all the dissatisfied people happy? Because if you fulfill the conditions of one team, 10 new blocked roads and 10 new demands will appear.
It wouldn't be surprising if members of the government came out one day and blocked the intersection, in protest, because the people were blocking the streets. That would be the perfect response to an intractable situation.
