Lomi, Oficir, Oskar i Pipun

Former Serbian police commander Bogoljub Živković vividly describes Vučić's Serbia and the state of security after 15 years of fraternity between the government and organized crime: "Citizens have no trust in the police because no one can distinguish a criminal from a police officer anymore.". Something similar was admitted by AV, the (political) father of that world in which statesmen and criminals intertwine. Wondering how someone who was unschooled and disenfranchised by the state could participate in the preparation of a crime and then keep quiet about it, and go to sleep peacefully. The old and widespread practice of police officers providing security for criminals is no longer there, the president angrily said, shocking citizens who only then, because they trust the president, realized that they live in a country where it is impossible to recognize the difference between police officers and criminals.

But it's not just difficult for Serbs to make that distinction, it's even harder for them to determine who is Oskar, the character from Sky Communications, and who is Vučić, the real character and head of state. Again, AV himself has the same dilemma: "We're not even sure they're talking about me, because there are many places where they're talking about Vučić and Oskar.", he said a few months ago in one of his studios, leafing through transcripts from Sky. Because, Šarić, Korac, Belivuk, and similar people in chatting about the topic of political-mafia life and cooperation with the government and institutions, some Ed and Marcos, for example, in one place say about Oskar that he "did not participate in anything criminal"! In addition, they emphasize that "only Oskar can stop that". Which logically suggests to Vučić himself that Oskar is, in fact, the same as Lomi once was - the head of state. But, on the other hand, explains AV in that TV appearance, the same figures from the crime milieu in Sky communication speak about him quite rudely and inappropriately, describing him as a "sick psychopath". Although in the aforementioned confession Vučić was more inclined to conclude that he is not Oskar but this other "sick psychopath", I think the opposite - that he is actually Oskar, someone "who did not participate in anything criminal" and someone "who is the only one who can stop that". And let the sick psychopath Be it Vučićević, Vulin, or Bokan, it doesn't matter. They wouldn't mind agreeing either, because you always have to "take the bullet" for the boss.

That's why Montenegro is far ahead of Serbia in European integration and standards. Unlike the Serbian president or an ordinary citizen of a neighboring country, who do not know who is a policeman and who is a criminal, or who is "Oskar" and who is a "sick psychopath", everything is clarified here. Lomi is Milo, Officer is Milović, and Pipun needs no special introduction. Especially since Milan Knežević does not mind the code name Pipun, and he loves the head of the AV so much that he would sacrifice himself before Vučićević and Marić, before Brnabić and Vulin, and admit that he is a "sick psychopath", not the head of the AV. And that the president is actually Oskar, because none of them from Ćaciland knows that he has done anything criminal, while they have watched many times how only he could have cut things off when it was the worst for the country and the Serbian world.

But let's get back to the title. Ignore Oskar for a moment. Although he goes crazy when you don't show him due attention or if you do an interview with him that lasts only an hour and a half, and that outside of prime time. Oskar just hasn't tried an interview in episodes yet, because he hasn't heard that in Montenegro we watched it a long time ago, when that infamous guy from IN Television made episodes with Bebo. Popović, not Vojvodić. Word, image, enemy - you remember. All the same things we watch today, only he's gone. Lomi. Not even Oficir. He's on the run but still on the defender of the homeland - the sky is blue, chivalrous and Montenegrin. What Oskar would say, he doesn't care much that the state educated him, professionally affirmed him, even gave him a medal for the highest merits. Everything, therefore, that applies to Oskar's Milić applies even more to Lomi's Milović, or much more, if you count the number of liquidations, the only thing that Oficir Lomi never decorated. Maybe he regrets it now when he sees how Oskar knew how to recognize Milić's work and contribution to the homeland, but it's certain that the Officer doesn't hold it against him. One is Lomi.Our brother... No one sacrifices for the country and identity like him. He saw off and helped every godfather, raised every village, not to mention the country and the flag on the East River. While the others bought the biggest cream. Shame on them"! Let me finally touch on the title. It is actually an allusion to the new coalition in Podgorica. Lomi, Oficir, Oskar and Pipun. Together again like between 2010 and 2020. The brotherhood of Đukanović and Vučić, the Škaljari and Kavač clan, Šarić and Mićunović, Zvicer and Belivuk. They didn't need Pipun for anything, until Lomi fell, and Oskar went crazy, like me and Lomi, the coup and Sinđa, God save me. Never heard of it, never seen it.

That's why Pipun is here now, so far only Oskar's chatter on Ustasha topics, and in the future a bridge and glue for the new-old brotherhood! And unity. What he dreamed of since 2020, to be Dritan, the head of the parade with three or four deputies or councilors - Milan has finally succeeded. Now he is on his way to forming a majority in Podgorica, with mortal enemies and heirs of the fake referendum, which until yesterday recognized the fake state of Kosovo and forced us into the fake NATO. Some Stojović, from PES, is right, we are again looking at an alliance of a unified DPS and United Russia.

Who in Brussels or Mons, the headquarters of the EU and NATO, can understand that the supposedly pro-Western DPS and its pro-Western satellites are entering into an alliance with the promoter of malignant Serbian-Russian influence in Montenegro?! How long will it take for Professor Vuković and Rutte to explain to them that the essence of the alliance with the malignant Pipun is in fact the unblocking of the capital. Some fucking forced administration. Which would otherwise last a year, until the next elections. And so that some Mujović from the mayor would not asphalt and employ people in the campaign, Lomi and Oficir sacrifice all Western values, the rule of law, free media, open society, human rights, and stand by the side of the hater and denier of all of that?! Poor Rutte and Von der Leyen, I can already see them sweating and crumpled, after three hours of explanations from Professor Ivan, where they can't get the point - why Lomi is hugging Oskar, or Putin, again. Whose code name we don't know yet because Sky is waiting in the drawers for Russia. Until the great leader falls.

When a CDU branch in some remote part of East Germany decided to form a majority for local government with the AfD ten years ago, they were immediately dissolved. Merkel promptly canceled that bizarre coalition. Because values ​​are not traded. That's called leadership. Cynics would say - well, there's no trading in values ​​here either. Lomi and Oskar are renewing an alliance that is not based on European standards but on omerta. That's why their leaders, Pekar and Oficir, and not Pipun, Markos and Edo - are ordinary chatterboxes, the political wing of the mafia, as Knežević, Medojević, and Mandić once labeled the leaders of the DPS. And as you can see for yourself, there is no Mandić in that society anymore. When even Andrija gave up on his former brother Milan, the DPS took him into its arms. And then they say - how smart Mandić is. He is not as smart as Danijel and his comrades are naive. Or trapped. By the omerta of Lomi, Oficir, and Komita.

If we add it all up, it turns out that AM, the announcer and leader of Nova, is the biggest beneficiary of the new situation in Podgorica. DPS has once again pushed him towards the political center, and has nailed itself to the political right. Together with Oskar and Pipun.
