Minister of Culture Aleksandar Bogdanović said that the Government of Montenegro and the Ministry of Culture are fully committed to the protection and preservation of exceptional, universal values, stating that the sustainable development of Montenegro in accordance with all UNESCO standards is one of the key priorities of Montenegrin cultural policy.
On the sidelines of today's UNESCO General Conference in Paris, Bogdanović spoke with the general director of that organization, Audrey Azule.
"During the meeting, Minister Bogdanović thanked the interlocutor for the continuous support that UNESCO provides to Montenegro, both when it comes to concrete activities for the protection of natural and cultural heritage, as well as for the plan to regulate the regulations that treat the areas that are within the scope of work of UNESCO", announced is from the Ministry of Culture.
During the conversation, it is stated, mutual readiness for additional intensification of cooperation was expressed.
