The exhibition of paintings "Invasion of Color" by the academic artist, painter and sculptor from Niš, Vladan Ranđelović, will be opened today in Kotor, at 20 pm, in the Solidarity Gallery in the Old Town. The exhibition will be opened by Radojka Abramović, art historian and member of the Art Council of OJU "Museums".
Ranđelović has previously exhibited in Kotor, but also in Bar.
"Randjelovic strives for a visual representation of what is beyond the reach of the senses and everyday meaning. In his works, that is hidden, mysterious, brought out with unusual subtlety and skill", said Milun Lutovac on one occasion when he was the curator of Ranđelović's exhibition. He was born in 1975 in Nis. He graduated in painting in 1999 at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Prishtina in the class of prof. Hilmije Ćatović, and already in 2000 he became a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Serbia. In 2001, he received his master's degree in sculpture from the Faculty of Pristina. In 2018, he was elected to the position of assistant professor at the Faculty of Arts in Niš for the subjects of Drawing and Painting.
He had more than 50 solo exhibitions and 150 collective exhibitions in the country and abroad, he participated in numerous colonies. He is the winner of the award for painting "Momčilo Mitić"
