The second evening of the 20th anniversary Book Fair, July 30, will be devoted to Radovan Zogović and his literary creativity.
The occasion is Zogović's book Articulated Word, which was recently published by the Radosav Ljumović JU National Library from Podgorica, which will be promoted as part of the fair program.
Agim Vinca, Aleksandra Vuković and Miraš Martinović will talk about Zogović's work, the organizer and editor of this edition, which was decorated by the Montenegrin-Croatian painter Dimitrije Popović.
The evening dedicated to Zogović will start at 21 p.m., on the terrace of the Albatros Hotel.
"Zogović wrote the most impressive pages of our becoming and existence as the face and being of Montenegro. With the message that we should not forget who we are, that we should know what we are doing. When a nation finds itself in danger, and there have been such examples in history, according to some internal law, it is a necessity himself, he invokes his great poet, aware that the being of the people lives in his work. Zogović is a poet we can invoke, to whom we can refer. The Montenegrin people were historically fortunate to have given birth to Radovan Zogvić after Njegoš," wrote Miraš Martinović in the foreword for the Articulated Word.
