The publishing house "Arhipelag" from Belgrade received the Award for complete publishing production, that is, it was declared the best publisher at this year's 15th International Podgorica Book and Education Fair. The prize for the best equipped art publication was won equally by: Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts for the book "The Myth of Woman" by Dimitrija Popović, then the Center for the Preservation and Development of the Culture of the Minorities of Montenegro (CEKUM) for the publication "The Saga of Light, Painters of the Minorities of Montenegro" and the University of Montenegro for the book "Montenegro Weaponry 1870 - 1916".

"Although CEKUM has been participating in this Book Fair for years, and has so far published about 30 editions and a large number of magazines, we felt that we should apply for the award, since the Lexicon of Painters of the Minority Peoples of Montenegro 'The Saga of Light' is our most valuable work and crown publishing work", she pointed out Izedina Adžović Škrijelj who received the award on behalf of the Center.

The prize for the best edition was shared by the publishing house "Clio" for the library "Opstanak" and the literary cooperative of the Serbian National Council from Podgorica for the anthology "Serbica". The award for the improvement of children's publishing was awarded to the Institute for Textbooks and Teaching Aids from Podgorica, as well as the "Pčelica juing Čačak" Publishing House - representative office in Podgorica.

The "Islamic Cultural Center" from Podgorica was declared the best-equipped stand, and the Award for the Improvement of the Educational Process was won by the Logate Institute for Information Technologies from Podgorica.

Special awards were also given in three categories: the Budva National Library won a special award for improving the publishing of the city's public libraries, the Association of Disabled Youth won a special award for continuous participation and cooperation at the International Podgorica Book and Education Fair, and a special award for creative, The innovative performance at the Fair was equally won by Podgorica schools: Gymnasium "Slobodan Škerović", High School of Construction and Geodesy "Inž.
