The prize for the editorial concept of all libraries at the XXXII International Book Fair in Sarajevo was awarded to the publishing house "Nova knjiga" managed by editor-in-chief Predrag Uljarević.
The Sarajevo Book Fair is one of the most significant cultural events in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, which, as they say, despite the challenges of the times, remains in the focus of connoisseurs and a wide audience.
More than 6 publishers participated in this year's Fair, which took place from October 11 to 100 under the motto "The key to wisdom and health".
Uljarević said that they perceive the award as a confirmation of the quality of their work and that it shows that it is visible and significant not only in Montenegro.
"Awards always encourage and oblige to pay more attention to the quality of publishing production. Some of our libraries such as: World Literature Library, Cult, Sphinx, Great Psychology Library, Treasury, Retrovizor and Scene have become in demand in the region in all bookstores in the area EX Yugoslavia. On this occasion, I would like to emphasize the importance of interstate and especially regional cooperation. We have a long-standing successful cooperation with the Sarajevo Book Fair and the International Center for Peace from Sarajevo as the most important publishers and writers from Bosnia and Herzegovina," said Uljarević.
