The ceremonial opening of the new digitized cinema of the public institution Berane Cultural Center will be held tonight at 20 pm.
As part of the ceremony, the short films directed by Montenegrin authors "The Death of Blood" and "The Road" will be shown Similar Šahmanović and the film "Peloid" by the director Bojana Stijović.
The vice president of Berane Municipality will speak at the ceremony Damjan Ćulafić, director of the Film Center of Montenegro Aleksandra Bozovic and acting director of the Center for Culture of Berane Tamara Kenjic, and the moderator of the program is Gorica Ćulafić.
On the same day, the JU Center for Culture Berane will host a meeting of directors of movie theaters, at which a Memorandum on cooperation in the field of audiovisual culture and screening will be signed in order to cooperate and implement the activities of the Network of Cinematographers of Montenegro, and the president of the Network of Cinematographers of Serbia will also attend Boban Stefanovic.
It was also announced that tomorrow the audience in Berane will have a sequel to the legendary film "Lightning", entitled "Munje: Again" by the director. Radivoja Rase Andrić, which, after its premiere in Belgrade, will arrive in Beran's new digitized cinema. The film will be screened at 18 and 20 p.m., according to a press release from the Berane Cultural Center.
The project was financed by the Film Center of Montenegro, the disbanded Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, as well as the Municipality of Berane, and it was implemented by the Berane Culture Center, which received modern equipment worth one hundred thousand euros, the announcement reads.
