Those who make sure that everything that needs to be reported is reported to whom it needs to be reported to me - yes Fiko Aleksic, the oldest friend of the former mayor Vuković, is no longer the first architect of Podgorica. And they still say that she took over, she has two months to go, certain Duška Macic - about which I know nothing.
What to say about Fik? The very fact that it took them two months to convey the news of Fiko's dismissal to me is a testimony to the fact that both Fiko and Fiko's actions have long since become last year's snow. Fico did work for some, I'm not saying - Fico was very inclined to help everyone who deserved to be helped - but as for the so-called of general interest - when the line is drawn, overall, Fick's contribution is zero. And, truth be told, he didn't do much damage either...
So, Duška Macic? In that name, I went in search of information. On the official website of the Capital City of Podgorica - podgorica.me/lokalna-samouprava/8 - it really says Duška Mačić - but there is no biography and no picture... The search engine (podgorica.me) throws up three - even three - decisions on consent to the conceptual solution signed by Mrs. Mačić - but no trace of any information about her character and work.
And how does the GGPG Assembly confirm dismissals and appointments - I tried, at the address skupstina.podgorica.me, to dig up the decision on Fik's dismissal and the decision on the appointment of Mrs. Macic to the head of the office of the Chief PG Architect - but I didn't dig up anything.
I also tried at the address sluzbenilist.me - again without success - with a note that the listing of the numbers of the Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal regulations - an impossible mission - because there is no content of the numbers - and the search engine for the queries "city arch", "city arch", "city arch ”, “city arch” and in all other variants - and in both versions of the letter (Latin and Cyrillic) - did not throw out the information I was looking for.
OK, I heard something about the first one - but if some young architect - very young, very sweet - or some young architect - equally young and equally sweet - wants to find out about the first lady among us, Podgorica architects and Podgorica architects - I doubt that they will dig up anything worth mentioning on the Net.
The GGPG Assembly was constituted in the middle of April of the current year - which means that about a hundred days have passed since then - so the time has come to start slowly asking (rhetorical) questions...
Secondly, the chief architect should be a person of undoubted professional authority and integrity - a person who in the past period did not hesitate to publicly determine and engage in all pressing issues concerning the GG and CG space - a mature person, and professionally and personally - the person, therefore, who passed the fifty-fifth - and as for the process of choosing that person - the profession (extinguished) would have to be included in those processes - otherwise, we will have fikare, žižići, stevovići... But what to do when the waist, God knows since when, sleeps like a dead sleep. I would bet - and for the fee from this text - that in the Draft of the new Law, all the articles related to GDA and GGA - were copied (copy & paste) from the current umbrella document that we hate.
And to our Duška Mačić - all the best, for now - in the hope that she won't turn out to be someone's oldest friend...

As for the other one Stevović (Duke of Mogren II) - in the meantime, I lost all hope that his biography, while it is of the world and the ages, will be given to the public for inspection - which is not so important, of course - with the remark that it is quite certain that we - the profession (defunct ) - we would never have chosen Stevović as the first, if we had the opportunity to choose the first. We would probably elect someone worse than Stevović - but that someone would at least be obliged, unlike Stevović, to be accountable to us who elected him - at least formally.
But let's see if someone wasn't fooled, in the meantime, to look back at Stevović's exhibition with which, under the company Crna Gora - glory to her, he presented dozens and dozens of more or less obscure characters at the XVIII International Exhibition of architecture - the Biennale in Venice - with implied congratulations to all those who made a splash on the big stage - regardless of the fact that we still know nothing about their works.
