On the square in front of the Citadel in the Old Town of Budva, another evening dedicated to the works of Olga Tokarčuk was held last night (Friday).
A particularly touching part of the evening was when the Polish Nobel laureate thanked Budva, the festival and all program participants for their interest in her literary work.
The most visited literary program this summer, when the search for which chair was higher and where most of the audience spent the entire evening on their feet, dealt with transgression in the works of Tokarčuková.
A group of the most eminent experts from the area of the entire former Yugoslavia dealt with the questions raised in her works by the Nobel laureate and well-known leftist Olga Tokarczuk, a Polish writer, for two hours.

Each of the speakers in a very atypical literary session spoke about one book by Tokarčuková.
The evening was led by Radomir Uljarević, founder of the "Ćiricom" festival, Montenegrin poet and winner of numerous international awards.
In addition to the questions related to last night's topic, he especially thanked the Nobel laureate for supporting Budva's candidacy for the European capital of culture, because even she, in the last phase of the process in which Budva is headed by professor dr. Predrag Zenović, the coordinator of the candidacy, involved and lobbied and supported the candidacy in the media.
Particularly inspiring presentations at last night's panel were given by prof. Ph.D. Aleksandar Jerkov, professor Vladislava Goridić Petković and Mladen Vesković. For the first time this year, the winner of the NIN award, Danica Vukićević, was also a guest in Budva, who, among others, presented last night at the Budva panel about Olga Tokarčuk.

The organizers of this year's festival JU National Library "Miroslav Luketić" Budva and the Association of Publishers and Booksellers of Montenegro, supported by TO Budva, managed to make an unusual undertaking last night, because in a very short time, it can be said in a record time, they managed to with partners from the publishing houses "Štampar Makarije" and "Obodsko slovo", ensure that a new book dedicated to the hosting of the Nobel laureate, titled "The Gentleman of Speech", will be published.
This book was prepared just for the festival and its authors are Olga Tokarčuk and Joana Conseho.

Tonight, at the "Ćirilica" festival, the awarding ceremony of the "Literary Flame" award is scheduled, the jury of which was chaired by the second Nobel laureate, Mario Vargas Llosa, who was also a guest of Budva in 2013.
