The "MIDPOINT Intensive Montenegro" program, intended for film professionals from Montenegro who are developing feature-length feature film projects, started yesterday in Podgorica.
The program lasts until November 24, and involves the training of four teams of three participants each. Projects and teams have been selected for this year's edition of the program: "Transfer" produced by "Atomic" and directed by Gana Comagić, screenwriter Rade Vukčević and producer Ivan Cojbašić; the project "Graduation" directed by Nikola Vukčević, of which he is the producer Milorad Radenović in front of the company Galileo Production, the project "Jaglika", which according to the script Armin Behrem directs Andrija Mugoš, and whose producer she is Iva Kasalica, produced by "KA Productions", and there is the project "Scarab" by the production company "Far Production", which is directed by Mladen Vujacic according to the script Hajdane Baletic, and whose producer Nemanja Popović.

The program was created in cooperation between the MIDPOINT Institute from the Czech Republic, the Film Center of Montenegro and the Creative Europe MEDIA Desk of Montenegro.
During the four-day workshop, the film teams will work on the creative development of the script, as well as on the production aspects of their projects, according to the announcement of the Film Center. After the program, there will also be online consultations with mentors, in accordance with the needs of each participating project. The workshop consists of group work by mentors and participants, with lectures, and two film experts from Europe were selected as mentors: a script supervisor from Great Britain Christian Ruth and a producer from the Czech Republic Pavla Janouskov Kubečkov.
At the beginning of the workshop, the participants and representatives of MIDPOINT were greeted by the director of FCCG Aleksandra Božović, which welcomed and productive performing days to the selected teams. Advisor for international cooperation and promotion at the Film Center Marija Nikčević thanked for the good cooperation and the continuation of the program which, through the previous partnership of these two organizations, proved to be extremely useful for directors, screenwriters and producers with projects in development.

The Film Center also announces a masterclass on screenwriting titled "The Tools of Screenwriting and Dealing with the Industry", which Kristijan Rut will hold tomorrow at the "Cue" hotel at 17 p.m., organized by the Creative Europe MEDIA Desk of Montenegro.
"The masterclass is open to the public, and is intended for everyone who is interested in or engaged in screenwriting and wants to expand their horizons and skills in this area. The complete program is realized in English," said the Film Center.
