Solo exhibition "Transformation" of the fine artist Sandra Boskovic will be opened tonight in the Cultural Center of the Capital City of Cetinje, at 18 p.m.
"'Transformation' represents research on the most perfect achievement of nature, the human body, through its biological processes, inspired by own experiences. In the immaterial essence of man is the intertwining of reason and spirit, while the body represents the materialization of that relationship. It is precisely this phenomenon of the moment in which the body expresses itself that the artist tries to understand and explain," the announcement states.
The Center for Culture adds that the artist's creative path penetrates into the reproductive depths and secrets that the process of creating a new life brings on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
"Within those infinite possibilities, it emphasizes changes such as: wear and tear, development, interaction of two bodies, development of one body within another, life of the fetus in the womb, parallel action of spirit and body," they add.
Bošković was born in Cetinje in 1994. He is attending master's studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje. He is engaged in painting, writing, video works and photography.
