After it turned out that the bright idea of a comprehensive renovation of the ruined building of the former Department Store "Beograd" in Podgorica - or NAMA, if you prefer - at the intersection of Sloboda and Novak Miloševa streets - is under an even brighter imperative that one (distant ) day - when, God bless you, all the work will be successfully completed (it's not funny) - in that comprehensively renovated space, there will be nothing less than: a modern gallery...
OK, I have to start over, sorry...
So, after the alleged "renowned agency" (ask God...) in the middle of October, back in 2020, stated in the alleged Study (ask God too...) - that the brilliant idea of Mr. Vuković, then the current mayor of the Capital City of Podgorica, since November of the previous year, 2019 - about the resurrection of the building of the former RK BG, i.e. NAMA, the (alleged) pearl of Podgorica architecture from the time immediately after the end of the Second World War - very imprudent - because ( alleged) The study (allegedly) showed that 10 million should be invested in voskresenija - minimum! - which would certainly be a very serious burden on the shoulders of GG PG...

OK, I'll try again...
An end to Vuković's casual fantasies from November 2019 - based on visions of reviving the ruins of the former RK BG/NAMA in Podgorica and a modern/contemporary gallery in that (God bless...) revived space - was put by someone never named. renowned agency" - which in the middle of October of the next, in many respects historic year 2020, stated in the alleged Study - into which I had no insight, I must admit - that there is nothing of that - and preparations for the sale of that (allegedly) important moment in the story of GG PG morphogenesis.
Price? A real trifle: we start from 10.9 million - so who wants more.

Referring to the Decision of the Government of Montenegro - no. 07-4622 of October 15, 2020 - on granting the so-called previous consent - the Assembly of GG PG, at the session held on October 29 and November 3, 2020, adopted, fanfare please: Decision on the sale of the office building with the associated land on cadastral plot number 3965 KO Podgorica II.
"The office building of the former Department Store, with its associated (oh - op.a.) with land, in property (owned by - op.a.) of the capital city of Podgorica, designated as cadastral plot number 3965, according to the method of use land next to a non-commercial building with an area of 117m2 and an office building in a non-commercial area with a base area of 1017m2, 1F3 floors, which consists of separate parts: PD1 office space in the basement (1F) of the area 760m2, PD2 business space on the ground floor (P) of 760m2, PD3 business space on the first floor (P1) of 760m2, PD4 business space on the second floor (P2) of 760m2 and PD5 business space on the third floor (P3) of 760m2, from the immovable property list number 632 KO Podgorica II".
In paragraph 2 of the same article, they refer to the UP "Nova Varoš - Block O" (SLCG - Municipal regulations - no. 06/12) and say that the building from paragraph 1 of this article is located on urban plot number 6 (in the scope of the aforementioned UP- a), and that the object's purpose is covered by the standard definition: the so-called central activities - and also says that the object, believe it or not: is retained!
Article 2 says: "The minimum price of immovable property referred to in Article 1 of this decision is EUR 10.900.000,00, according to the assessment of the Property Directorate Commission, for the assessment of the value of construction land and buildings in the property of the Capital City of Podgorica, number 13-430/20-571 from September 29, 2020".
So, after the fatal parliamentary elections held on August 30, 2020 - Vuković decided to sell Podgorica RK to BG/NAMA - and I don't believe in the official version - and I'm not willing to speculate about the real motives at this moment behind Vuković's move - I will only state that it turned out that Vuković's move was incoherent, to say the least.
After several attempts - I'm picking three, and maybe there were a few more attempts (he hates me to check - and it's irrelevant) - it turned out that no one (but really no one) is interested in buying the ghost building of RK BG/NAMA under Vuković's conditions , that is, 3.800 square meters in the very heart of GG PG, in a rather poor condition - if we exclude the basic construction (rough construction works) - I would bet that the construction is OK - at the time when that building was built, no one was joking.
And how would anyone be interested in buying the ruins of RK BG/NAMA - if that would entail initial investments of at least 10.9 million - as much as Vuković asked for the service of transferring the ownership of that property from GGPG to another person - and it had to be counted as well with no small investment, wouldn't grandma be a girl again - so no one was surprised that no one was in the mood to embark on that adventure - without even a glimmer of hope that he could profit from that adventure, in any way ...
If we assume, on the other hand, that this is a space of 3.800 square meters - then it turns out that Vuković asked for 2.868,42 euros per square meter of the former RK BG/NAMA space - and if we add to that 2.868,42 for the renovation... how much more? ... let's not make it according to grandma or uncles - neither according to Vuković (2.631,6 euros), nor according to Mrs. Injac (526,3 euros) - but let's say 1.500 euros per square meter - then it is also possible that Vuković tried to sell RK to BG/NAMA on several occasions (at least three) - all while begging God, who knows why and to whom God knows what, not to sell her...
Is it possible - we ask ourselves now - that Vuković and the people who were by his side and around him at that moment could not have foreseen the direction it was going?
It's unlikely...
But when YOU are the mayor - that is, YOU, and not someone else - then YOU ask yourself - and you are not obliged to answer to anyone.
Only when I think of the most brilliant among the brilliant ideas of Mayor Vuković - to place an underground garage with a capacity of 737 cars under Trg Nezavisnosti - the central square of Podgorica...
I would bet, for all my money, that this crazy idea of a garage under Independence Square is in some way connected with the idea of a modern gallery in the RK BG/NAMA building, i.e. the idea of selling that building - and that the connection is primarily in the imperative that, so to speak, the budget is realized in full.

Vuković and his bizarre affiliation to the party - real joy - related to the search for an answer to the question: what to do with the building of the former RK BG/NAMA in the heart of PG? - begins the mandate of Mrs. Injac, the current mayor of GG PG...
About that in the next issue of ART Vijesti...
