Tomorrow evening, at the premises of Matica Srpska - Society of Members in Montenegro in Nikšić, starting at 20:XNUMX p.m., Miljan Mijušković's book of poetry "The Heights of Tien Shan" will be presented. The president of Nikšić Municipality, Marko Kovačević, prof. will speak about Mijušković's debut. Dr. Drago Perović and writer Radinko Krulanović. Selected verses will be spoken by the actor of the Nikšić Theater, Velizar Kasalica, and the author, accompanied by musician Nemanja Popović on guitar. The moderator of the program will be the writer Milica Bakrač.
The reviewer of the book, writer and literary critic Želidrag Nikčević, wrote that each poem is "personal and deeply experienced, created from the inner existential need to record certain events, processes and happenings in the soul, to explain them to oneself and others. Most of all, there is fine imagery, warmth and love in them, but at the same time, these small lyrical confessions seem to spontaneously transcend their worldly reasons, as if they mechanically aspire to the more complex, higher meaning - poetic metaphysics."
The editor of the book, which contains about 60 poems, and which was published by the publishing houses "Štampar Makarije" from Belgrade and "Obodsko slovo" from Podgorica, is the writer Radomir Uljarević.
The organizers of the promotion are JU "Zahumlje" and Matica srpska - Association of Members in Montenegro, and the program is held as part of the "September Days of Culture".
