Feature film "Roda" by screenwriter and director Ise Qosje, produced by "Artikulacija Film" from Podgorica, won the award for the best screenplay at the Tirana Film Festival.
Jury, in composition Goce Cvetanovski (North Macedonia), Anja Dirberg-Zibler (Germany) and Tonia Mišiali (Greece), stated that the film "Roda" gave them the opportunity to immerse themselves in an unknown world full of extraordinary characters and in their strange reality that enchanted and surprised them.
"The script exuded a great sense of humor, but also humanity," the explanation states.

The film "Roda" is set in today's Montenegro, right on the border with Albania, in a village inhabited by the Albanian population, which has largely been abandoned. The film follows the migrations of the population from that area, which began in the sixties of the last century, and which continue today. The consequences of these migrations are the main theme of the film. This darkly humorous drama follows the lives of three generations of women left to their own devices, faced with questions about life and death.
The film is a co-production between Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Albania, with the support of the Film Center of Montenegro, the film centers of Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia, as well as the European fund Eurimaž.
The producers of the film are: Ivan Đurović, Snežana Nikčević, Bajrush Kajtazi, Festim Bajgora, Vančo Mirakovski i Florenc Papas. The script and direction are written by Isa Qosja, the director of photography is Gokhan Tiryaki, while the editor is Vančo Mirakovski. He signs the costume design Andrea Samardzic, and scenography Dragana Baćović. The roles are played by: Arta Dobroshi, Shkumbin Istrefi, Flonja Kodheli, Arben Barjaktaraj, Donat Qosja.
The Montenegrin premiere of "Rode" is planned for November, according to the announcement of the Film Center of Montenegro.
