As part of the event "November Days", the Sailing Club "Delfin" from Tivat is organizing the premiere screening of the documentary film "The Wind from Boke", which will be held tonight at 20 pm in the Great Hall of the Tivat Culture Center.
"Wind from Boka" directed by Dušan Vuleković was created as part of the production of the Festival of Wind 2024, the third edition of the month-long manifestation that JK Delfin, in cooperation with the Municipality of Tivat, public institutions and companies, sports and non-governmental organizations, business companies and numerous individuals, celebrates natural and cultural heritage of Tivat and Boka as the basis of sustainable development.
"The film conveys the core of the idea behind the activism of people driven by love for Tivat and Boka. In recent years, through the activities of our sailing club and with the help of various institutions of the city and Boka, we have produced over 70 events relying on the cultural landscape and the tangible and intangible heritage of the environment from which we emerged, eager to preserve it and enjoy it in a developmentally sustainable way.
The film talks about the refuls of another Wind Festival, but it skilfully captures those fine notes that define us, that play quietly but persistently, although we often don't hear them over the noise of the mixer, which started mixing a long time ago, and doesn't seem to want to stop. " - points out the president of JK Delfin, Dr. Frano Tripović.
