An evening dedicated to character and work Slobodan Aligrudić, one of the most important actors of Yugoslav cinema, will be held tonight in the large hall of the Cultural and Information Center (KIC) "Zeta" at 18 pm.
The event is organized by the Public Institution KIC "Zeta" in cooperation with the NGO "Zetski forum", and with the support of the Montenegrin Cinematheque, which provided the short film "Homo sapiens" in which Slobodan Aligrudić plays the main role.
"Slobodan Aligrudić, originally from Zeta, with his exceptional acting charisma and talent, left an indelible mark on film and theater art. His roles in cult works remain deeply etched in the audience's memory, and his artistic contribution enriches generations of fans of the seventh art. Authenticity, powerful interpretation and uncompromising dedication to the profession have made him one of the most respected actors of his time," the statement reads.
The celebrated director will speak about the life, career and unforgettable roles of the great actor through direct participation. Emir kusturica, who will share his professional experiences and views on Aligrudić's importance for the art of film. In addition to him, the actor Slavisa Curovic will portray the character of this great figure of Yugoslav acting through anecdotes and personal memories.
The Folklore Ensemble named "Slobodan Aligrudić" will also participate in the program.
"We invite all film and theater lovers to join us and together pay tribute to Slobodan Aligrudić, a native of Zeca who, with his talent and artistic heritage, left an indelible mark on the Yugoslav cultural scene," says the KIC "Zeta".
