After a disturbing video showing an elderly man attacking two girls in a fast food shop was published on social networks, the police are looking for Miomir Radunović from Podgorica, who is suspected of this brutal act. In the video, the man bursts into the store, punches one girl in the face, and first kicks the other girl in the body, then also punches her in the head. Serious consequences were prevented by young men who happened to be in the store and fought with the attacker. The police identified and took statements from the people who were with him, but for now there are no grounds for their criminal prosecution.
The attacked girls brought the video to the Safe Women's House and described the incident.
"While they were ordering food, a man appeared at the door and threw something at them. According to her, he asked "so what should I do if I see you dressed like that" or something like that+One of those girls turned to him and asked "can we order food, I don't know what it's about," she said president of the Safe Women's House, Ljiljana Raičević.
And the father of one of the girls tells TV "Vijesti" that it all started with insults thrown by unknown attackers, while the girls were waiting in line for food.
"He continued to throw some insulting words at them so that this little one of mine would react just as little, so that he would come back and run inside and hit her with his fist and she fell, so that he would hit this other one in the ear and blood would come out ear, and this little girl's lip was split up and down, blood was coming out of her mouth," said the father of one of the girls.
The father also claims that his daughter vomited after the attack and that she had a headache. Her friend's ear and knee were injured. In the meantime, Raičević says that all forms of violence must be stopped.
"This in the middle of the street shows, with this inaction of the police, it shows don't send your children outside to live, and we say arrest the thugs, and our children should be outside and have fun," Raičević said.
And the exasperated father has a clear message for the authorities
"I appeal to the authorities that such cases do not happen again, that such people from the streets, such as this maniac, stay where they belong," said the father of one of the girls.
The brutal attack happened in the night between Friday and Saturday in the part of the city near the Clock Tower.
