Almost all types of cigarettes are 10 cents more expensive as of today, due to the new increase in excise duty.
Thus, in Montenegro, there are no cigarettes cheaper than one and a half euros.
"Asos slims" went up in price from 1,50 to 1,60 euros, "Karelija" and "Iv slims" from 1,80 to 1,90 euros, "Bond compact" from 1,50 to 1,60 euros, and " Bond" long from 1,70 to 1,80 euros.
"LM loft" is now 1,80, instead of 1,70 euros, and other types of "LM" are two euros, instead of 1,90.
"Murati" jumped to 2,20, the largest number of species "Marlbor" to 2,70 and "Parliament" to three euros.
The distributors Neregeli and Barcode have raised the price of cigarettes, and it is expected that the others will do the same in the coming days.
The specific excise tax on cigarettes, which is paid per 1.000 pieces, has been increased from 1 to 19 euros since April 20 and will be valid until March 31 next year, when a new price increase is expected.
