Neighbors turned this Nikšić man's property into a landfill

Lazar Vukotić from Nikšić has had a problem with the garbage dump on his estate in Kočani for ten years.

The locals didn't want to pay for waste disposal and removal, so the neighbor's property served them well and that's how the landfill was created.

The Municipal Corporation and the Municipal Police say that this is not their jurisdiction, so Vukotić himself hired machinery twice to clean the land.

Although his property was buried again, he decided not to do it again, because it was time to stop the misuse of his land.
