When Cetinje received solar lighting from the Chinese three years ago, many residents of this city were skeptical, since it is the city with the most precipitation in Montenegro.
That they were right is confirmed by the malfunctions that recur every year, especially when it rains.
The main city boulevard was also in the dark in the previous days, but, by accident or not, it was restored after we sent questions on that topic to the Cetinje Municipality. They claim that there was damage to the underground distribution cable that connects the poles and that the administration is working on repairing the faults.
Although the people of Cetinje are used to the lack of lighting, they hope, they say, that the problem with it will finally be solved. Meanwhile, they look at the Sun.
