Although a cloudy day could be predicted in the morning, the sun still warmed the capital and attracted people to the streets.

Apart from the fact that this change of weather pleases them, they say that it also affects their mood...

"This weather encourages me to walk, it has a positive effect on me, but when the weather is bad, when it's raining, I can't go out anywhere and that means I'm totally exhausted," says one of the citizens.

"When it's cloudy, I feel bad, I'm tired, I feel sleepy... As soon as the sun goes down, I'm cheerful, fast, running, enjoying the day."

And experts confirm that weather can affect mood. They note, however, that those who think so are not actually meteorologists.

"There are a large number of people who have somehow presented themselves with the information that they don't like a certain time. So they react to it even though they may not actually have the physical predisposition to react to the change of time in that way and to such an extent," says psychologist Lidija Mirković.

And to stay in the mood even during rainy days, you need to fill your time with the things you love.

"So, organize our free time within our home, turn on more lights if it's dark outside, simply create an atmosphere in which we will feel good," advises Mirković.

Some always feel that way, so time does not change their mood.
