North Macedonia is disappointed and angry that it did not start accession negotiations with the European Union, said the country's outgoing Prime Minister, Zoran Zaev.
As he said, the European Union, although it promised to open negotiations after meeting the conditions, did not fulfill its promise.
"We shared our feelings with the whole world. We are disappointed, full of anger and rage, and there is frustration because we definitely deserved it," Zaev told the MINA agency.
The fact that they deserved the negotiations one hundred percent, as he said, is the statement of all the leaders of the European Union member states, including the President of France, Emmanuel Macron.
"We have agreed with Bulgaria. Also, there is the famous Prespa agreement with Greece and we are really an example that deserves to be rewarded like no one before. We were not rewarded," said Zaev.
