"In 2012, when the water supply system was opened, the then mayor of the municipality of Nikšić and minister Tarzan Milosevic were at the ceremony. Then they said in a speech - today water is dripping in front of everyone's house. I said - someone is lying, there is nothing dripping in front of mine, she didn't come ," said Mijatovic.
