Vladan Vukotić (44) was wounded in the stomach in a shooting in the "Ognjilo" bar in Nikšić.
He was referred to a doctor at the Nikšić General Hospital.
"Vukotić was admitted with a gunshot wound in the abdomen. The injuries to the internal organs were taken care of during the operation and his vital parameters are now stable, but he had to be referred to the neurosurgery clinic because the bullet injured his spine," the director of the General Hospital told "Vijesta" , Ilija Ashanin.
As "Vijesti" was told by the police, he was shot by Dragan Vojinović (59).
Nikšić police arrested Vojinović shortly after the shooting.
The police also found the gun from which the shots were fired.
"Vijesti" was unofficially told by the police that the shooting occurred because of an argument in the bar.
