Dejan Pavićević (44) and Miloš Trbo (30) from Kotor were paid with drugs for helping the murderer of prisoner Dalibor Đurić, "Vijesti" learned from the investigation.

According to information from the same source, the listing of their calls before the murder could lead investigators to others involved in that liquidation.

The prosecution suspects them of providing transportation to the killer, transmitting messages and destroying traces and evidence of the liquidation.

They were arrested on September 22, a few hours after Đurić was killed by a sniper shot in the courtyard of Spuž prison. Policemen stopped them while they were driving the "Golf IV" from Glava Zeta to Bogetići.

Allegedly, before that, in Rogami, they set fire to the "Octavia" with which the killer of Đurić escaped after firing a shot into the Kotoran's chest. Then they drove along the old road via Pričelje and Martinić to the Danilovgrad settlement of Vučica, and then continued to the village of Rsojevići.

The police are checking whether the two hid for several hours in one of the houses in Rsojevići, Pavićević's birthplace, but also who they contacted everyone in that village.

Investigators suspect that Pavićević and Trbo received compensation for helping Đurić's killer at that location, and then headed to Nikšić via Glava Zeta.

When arresting them, the inspectors found about 20 grams of heroin. The two tried to escape from the policemen, who were faster.

The police claim that prior to the murder, Pavićević and Trbo drove to Danilovgrad with a "golf" of Budva license plates, where, according to plan, they were waiting for a signal from Spuž. After the execution, they drove to the settlement of Rogami and set fire to the "Octavia" in which there was a rifle, suspected of having committed a serious murder, as well as other equipment used to commit the crime.

The Police Directorate previously announced that they destroyed evidence and traces in this way and enabled the perpetrator to escape in an unknown direction.

Pavićević and Trbo are suspected of creating a criminal organization, of having committed serious murder as co-perpetrators, then of illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances and drug smuggling.

The murdered Đurić was registered in the police records as a member of the Škaljar clan, which is allegedly headed by the brothers Jovan and Igor Vukotić and Igor Dedović.

Investigators believe he is the victim of a war that has been raging among Kotor's criminal clans since late 2014, when a shipment of 200 kilograms of cocaine was stolen in Spain.

The result of that war were dozens killed and wounded. Among the dead, investigators also recorded accidental victims.
