Here's why ear sticks are dangerous

A graphic video has appeared on the Internet showing a doctor pulling out the old cotton wool that was left there after using a cleaning stick from the patient's vagina.

Dr. Crade said that the cotton wool was mixed with hair, and the said patient had unpleasant itching, ear congestion, cough and allergies.

Thousands of people report to doctors every year because of injuries caused by using ear sticks, but despite constant warnings from health workers, people still continue to use them.
