Barana's Nenad Gvozdenović (49) will be charged with a misdemeanor for the attack on a seven-year-old and a nine-year-old from that town.
According to "Vijesti" information from the police, Gvozdenović attacked the boys J. Ž. (28) and V. Ć. (18.30).
The journalist was told that the forty-nine-year-old grabbed the boys by the neck and pushed them. It is not explained what preceded it.
Last week, the police administration filed a misdemeanor complaint against him for violating Article 10.
of the Law on Public Order and Peace - physical assault. A fine of 350 euros to 1.000 euros or imprisonment of up to 60 days is prescribed for physically assaulting another in a public place.
