World heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury could lose the WBO title if he does not explain the cancellation of the rematch with Wladimir Klitschko and the connection with drugs in the next 10 days, the BBC reports.
The fighter from Manchester must explain in a letter to the WBO the decisions regarding the breach of the contract, as well as the statements he made that cocaine helps him with depression.
Fury recently canceled the rematch with Klitschko for the second time due to health reasons, but he did not explain exactly what the injury was, unlike the first time when he took a picture of a swollen wrist.
Last November, he defeated Klitschko in Dusseldorf and won the WBA and WBO titles, as well as the IBF, which he later lost because he did not respond to the challenge of Vyacheslav Glazkov.
