Today, the police filed a criminal complaint against Dejan Pavićević from Nikšić and Miloš Trbo from Kotor due to the suspicion that they were co-perpetrators of the murder of Dalibor Đurić.
"The criminal complaint filed against DP and MT has been submitted to the Special State Prosecutor's Office for further proceedings," the announcement says.
"The Danilovgrad Security Department filed a criminal complaint against DP and MT on grounds of suspicion that they committed a criminal offense as co-perpetrators - aggravated murder, to the detriment of Dalibor Đurić, who was serving his sentence at the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions," the Prosecutor's Office announced.
As stated, the basis of suspicion that they participated in the commission of that criminal offense stems from the evidence collected during the investigation, which was jointly carried out by the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica and the Special State Prosecutor's Office, as well as the officers of the Police Administration who acted on the orders of those two prosecutors' offices.
As "Vijesti" has learned, the prosecution suspects that the killers of Đurić provided logistics.
"Police-prosecutor activities point to the suspicion that DP and MT, as members of a criminal organization, planned the execution of the criminal offense of aggravated murder, which was committed to the detriment of Dalibor Đurić, as well as the unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, in order to obtain illegal profits and illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances, and that they provided the means of transport used during the execution of those crimes, transported narcotics as well as other persons who participated in the execution of the serious murder in question, and transmitted messages and carried out the removal and destruction of traces and evidence of the execution of the criminal offense grave murder," the statement of the Police Administration states.
It is added that the criminal investigation points to the suspicion that Pavićević and Trbo participated in the murder of Đurić as co-perpetrators.
"In a way, according to a previously worked out plan and predetermined roles, they helped a so far unknown person to take the life of Đurić using a rifle, cal. 7,9 mm, on September 22 at around 18,15:22 p.m. in the semi-open department of the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions in Spuž. It is suspected that, on September 09, 2016, DP and MT had previously driven a "VW Golf IV" vehicle with Budva license plates to Danilovgrad, where, according to plan, they were waiting for the execution of the criminal act. After the murder of Dalibor Đurić and receiving notification of this, DP and MT drove in the mentioned vehicle to the settlement of Rogami, where they set fire to the vehicle "Škoda Octavia", with Italian registration plates, in which a rifle was left, which is suspected to have been used to commit a serious murder to the detriment of Đurić and other equipment that was used to commit a criminal act, in order to destroy evidence and traces and enable the perpetrator to escape in an unknown direction," the police announced.
The police add that checks have established that the Škoda Octavia, which was allegedly set on fire by DP and MT in order to remove traces of the murder of Đurić, was stolen in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that the license plates on the vehicle were stolen in Italy.
Kotor's Dalibor Đurić (34) died on September 22 in the Clinical Center after being shot by a sniper in the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, while he was walking around the prison grounds.
ZIKS announced that Đurić was shot while he was on a regular walk in the prison grounds of the Semi-Open Department.
He was shot in the chest while working out in an open gym.
Đurić is registered in the police records as a person of security interest and a member of the so-called Škaljar clan, which is allegedly headed by the brothers Jovan and Igor Vukotić and Igor Dedović.
The war between Kotor's criminal clans has been raging since the end of 2014 after a shipment of 200 kilograms of cocaine was stolen in Spain.
The result of the war was ten killed and several wounded.
Among the dead, investigators also recorded accidental victims.
Đurić served a two-year sentence for extortion in ZIKS, and was transferred to the Semi-Open Department a few months ago.
