The Police Directorate announced that the allegations that the assistant director of the MUP Police Directorate Milovan Pavićević and the head of the Nikšić Security Center Milorad Žižić are connected to any illegal activities are incorrect.

"Incorrect statements were made in the texts that the assistant director of the MUP Police Administration Milovan Pavićević and the head of the Nikšić Security Center Milorad Žižić are connected to any illegal activities. All measures and actions taken by the police officers of the competent organizational units in both cases mentioned in these two texts were taken in accordance with the law and in consultation with and by order of the competent prosecutor or the court," the announcement states.
The Police Directorate said that when it comes to the search of the official premises used by MUP officer Vladan Delić, they state that the procedure prescribed by law was followed, according to which, among other things, the head of the authority - the Minister of Internal Affairs, Goran Danilović, was informed that he would the search was carried out before this official action was carried out, and that the search was carried out by order of the competent prosecutor and in accordance with the previously obtained order of the competent judge for investigation.
"According to the untrue allegations presented in the texts, the Assistant Director of the Police Administration of the MUP, Milovan Pavićević, addressed today in writing letters to the Supreme State Prosecutor Ivica Stanković and the Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoj Katnić, attaching to the letters copies of the aforementioned texts from these two media outlets. Assistant Pavićević is in in the above-mentioned written address to VDT and GST, requested that all measures and actions within their jurisdiction be taken, in order to fully verify the claims, as stated in the texts, communicated by Vladan Delić and the Bečanović family, and in order to "It was determined whether there were elements of his personal responsibility in those statements or findings, and he asked to be informed back about the outcome of those proceedings in order to exercise his rights guaranteed by law," the police administration said in its response.
