A member of the "Amerika" mafia clan and an associate of Zoran Jakšić, who was recently arrested in Peru, agreed to give information about the murder of the former Minister of Defense of the FRY Pavlo Bulatović, writes "Dan".
On the occasion of the arrest of Jakšić in Peru, the Peruvian magazine "Karetes" announced that the protected witness "Laki" contacted the Serbian police and spoke about the murder of Bulatović and other crimes of the "Amerija" mafia clan in Belgrade.
According to "Karetes", the group "Amerika" is one of the most bloodthirsty organizations from Belgrade, it received a severe blow because one of its leaders was arrested by the Peruvian special police and the American agency for combating drug trafficking, the DEA.
It is said that he is one of the most wanted people in Europe and Latin America, accused of murders and drug smuggling, and his name is Zoran Jakšić (57).
The article emphasizes that the criminal plan "America" began its activities in Belgrade with 17 criminals from the former Yugoslavia in the basic structure, and the main jobs were contract murders, extortion and drug smuggling.
"New information that the Serbian police received from a witness with the nickname "Laki" indicates the identity of many members and details of crimes committed over more than two decades. One was the assassination of the Minister of Defense of the FRY, Pavle Bulatović, in February 2000, but also several dozen similar cases in Belgrade," the Peruvian magazine said.
Pavle Bulatović, Minister of Defense of the FRY, was killed by bursts from "Kalashnikovs" on February 7, 2000, in the restaurant of the football club Rad na Banjica.
Although the then Federal Government and the ruling party immediately agreed that this liquidation was a dangerous act of terrorism, even 16 years after the murder of Bulatoviuć, this crime has not been solved.
