Doctors Koviljka Kažić and Nada Cicmil Sarić illegally, patient Lj. N. issued a medical report, in order to obtain someone else's care and help.
This was established by the Directorate for Inspectional Supervision, which went into control on the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
The two patients were "examined" under the auspices of the non-governmental association Tuzi International Scientific Center (INC), which is not registered for health care.
In the inspector's report, which "Vijesti" had access to, it is written that Dr. Kažić is employed at the Internal, and Dr. Cicmil - Sarić at the Oncology Clinic of the Clinical Center Podgorica.
None of them had the consent of the KC director or the Minister of Health for additional work and they were fined 250 euros each.
Both admitted to the inspector that they had signed the medical report for Lj. N. claiming that they volunteer at the NGO INC Tuzi.
The president of the assembly of that association, Hajrudin Bećović, a medical technician at the Oncology Clinic, told the inspector that examinations were performed on Sundays at the Health Center in Tuzi.
The inspectors found that they did not have the consent of the Podgorica Health Center, within which the outpatient clinic in Tuzi operates.
