Vladimir Filipović from Cetinje was arrested for endangering the safety of fellow citizen Nenad Tatar and the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
The incident between Filipović and Tatar happened on Sunday evening around 23 pm in Cetinje. Not long after that, Filipović was arrested in the Boulevard of Montenegrin Heroes in that city. Inspectors found a gun during the search of the apartment of Filipović, who is a security person of interest (BIL). He was taken to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Cetinje, from which he was ordered to be detained for 72 hours.
The police did not say what the reason for Filipović's attack on Tatar was.
