The Nikšić police arrested a minor DT (17) on suspicion of having committed 15 criminal offenses of aggravated theft, one criminal offense of attempted aggravated theft, one criminal offense of theft and five criminal offenses of petty theft from January 7 to February 12 in the area of Nikšić. , evasion and fraud.
"It is suspected that he stole six passenger motor vehicles that police officers later found and returned to their owners, as well as CD players, batteries, tools and personal and other items from other passenger vehicles. It is also suspected that he stole fuel from the vehicle and on several occasions did not pay for fuel to employees at the pumps," the Police Administration said in a statement.
DT, along with a special report, was submitted to the state prosecutor for minors in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić.
After the hearing, DT was brought before the juvenile judge of the Basic Court in Nikšić, who ordered him to be detained for one month at the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions.
"CB Nikšić carried out part of the aforementioned activities together with CB Budva, whose officers shed light on two more criminal offenses for which DT is also suspected. The officers of CB Budva, namely, found three vehicles which, as is suspected, DT had stolen, one of which in the area of Nikšić, which was already mentioned above, and the other two in the area of Budva and Cetinje, so that this person, in addition to the mentioned 19 property crimes, is accused by the CB Budva of having committed two more crimes - two thefts in Budva and Cetinje CB Budva has also, in connection with these criminal acts, filed a criminal complaint against BN from Nikšić to the competent prosecutor, due to the grounds of suspicion that he committed the criminal act of cover-up," the police statement concludes.
