The transfer of prisoner Miloš Čujović from the Investigation Prison to the Penitentiary Home allegedly caused a stir among the convicts.

At the end of December, several prisoners allegedly asked to accommodate a Belgrade citizen, who is behind bars for "taking" money from other people's bank accounts.

This is claimed by several interlocutors of "Vijesti" from Spuša prison. Interlocutors from the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions (ZIKS) explain the "demand" for Čujović by the fact that the prisoners hope that they could benefit from his hacking abilities.

Allegedly, two people convicted of murder, who are serving their sentence in pavilion D, as well as several "smaller" criminals with long prison terms, asked the commander to give them Ćujović as a roommate. The Belgrade native ended up in pavilion C, where he is reportedly under strong security measures.

Čujović has been behind bars since September 2012.

He was then arrested as a member of a ten-member criminal group accused of having managed to transfer more than one million euros from the owners' accounts in Swiss banks to their own accounts through fraud.

In July 2015, he was extrajudicially sentenced to six years in prison for the criminal offense of criminal association and fraud.

Another case was initiated against him in April 2015, due to the suspicion that during 2012 he arranged a fraud with the owner of the company "Krisma", Nebojša Bošković, with the help of which they managed to "remove" about 1.500.000 euros from other people's accounts.

Bošković and Čujović worked out the details of the plan in the cell of the Investigation Prison, where they were roommates at the time.

After the arrest of Bošković, the police announced that Nataša Golović from Nikšić also helped them in this work. They are suspected of having committed the criminal offenses of criminal association and computer fraud.

The prosecution is still investigating whether Čujket's wife was kidnapped

At the end of December, Čujović reported to the administration of the Investigation Prison that MM and VB from Podgorica had kidnapped his wife Bojana, and that they were demanding a ransom of 224.000 euros for her.

Although his wife Bojana claimed in front of the inspectors that there was no mention of it on December 28, when "Vijesti" announced that her abduction had been reported, the prosecution is checking her allegations.

"According to the report of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, which was submitted to the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office, we inform you that in connection with the event in question, the police are taking certain actions on the order of the prosecutor on duty in that prosecutor's office," the office of Supreme State Prosecutor Ivica Stanković replied to "News".
