A total of four years in prison for smuggling "grass"

Judge Suzana Mugoša accepted the plea agreement concluded with the special prosecutor by the accused Pavle M. Martinović, Dragan R. Adžić and Dragan I. Rnković for creating a criminal organization and drug smuggling. The decision has been made yesterday in Podgorica Vischeme to the court.

Adžić and Rnković, according to by that agreement, they were condemned to one year in prison for creation of a criminal organization and smuggling a kilo of marijuana, while Martinović got two years and two months in prison for smuggling five kilos of marijuana and creating criminal organizations.

On the pronounced verdict by agreement about recognition guilt, defendant they have no right to regretbe.

The indictment states that the criminal organization was founded by Radivoje Lučić, who is being prosecuted in the court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
