New world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has said he will not box against "fraudster" David Haye.
Haye has dropped their matches on two occasions so far.
On Saturday night in Dusseldorf, Fury defeated the Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko by unanimous decision on points and took the titles of the world heavyweight champion in the WBA, IBF and WBO versions.
Haye announced last week that he will return to boxing and will fight Marco de Mori in January.
Fury said he would not box against compatriot Haye, but expressed his desire for a rematch with Klitschko.
“Hey will never get a chance after what he's done to me. I will never give him a chance. If he becomes the mandatory challenger for the WBA belt, there's the WBA title for him. Let him box with Fred Kremenko or whoever and make nothing. Whatever he's competing for, I'll rest, let him fight the next challenger. "I'm not going to pay him," Fury said.
The gypsy king added that he was not interested in how much money he could make from a duel with Haya.
“I don't care if he says I can make £10m, it's not about the money. The next fight with Wladimir Klitschko will be for much more money. Hey he won't get a chance from us, he's a cheater and a fraud. I want to be a great champion. "What I can say about the rematch (with Klitschko) is that it will be explosive," Fury said.
