The court expert for PEH /fires, explosions and accidents/, Nenad Milikić, said that the Škoda Octavia vehicle, which was found on fire near the railway crossing in Rogami on September 22, 2016, after the murder of Dalibor Đurić in ZIKS, was doused with a large amount of gasoline. outside and inside and ignited by an open flame.
The expert announced this at the trial of Dejan R. Pavićević and Miloš V. Trbo, accused of selling drugs, creating a criminal organization and murdering Dalibor Đurić in ZIKS.
Answering the questions of the special prosecutor Saša Čađenović, the expert explained that the person who ignites the vehicle must do so from a safe distance so that there are no consequences, bearing in mind that when a vehicle is doused with gasoline, gasoline vapors burn, not liquid as a liquid.
"In this particular case, the most likely suitable means is a burning rag thrown on the hood of the engine from where the fire started and spread to the entire vehicle," stated Milikić and added that he determined it based on professional practice, because there were no traces. He added that the "hepo cubes" found in the vehicle were not destroyed by the fire because there was melted material from floor mats, ceiling wallpaper and side door upholstery on top of them, and there was not enough oxygen for their combustion. The expert stated that if it was established that the fracture of the rear windshield was caused by mechanical force, then this means that the fracture occurred before the fire. Answering the question of the president of the panel, judge Dragoj Jović, the expert said that the amount of gasoline used to pour the vehicle was approximately six to seven liters, and the burning time was up to 30 minutes.
The indictment states that on September 22, 09, in Pavićević's "Golf IV" BD AZ 2016, they came from Kotor to Podgorica, where they turned off their mobile phones so that their further movement could not be determined, and then headed to Rogami, as would visit the place where they would later set fire to the Skoda Okravia CB065VW and the evidence of the murder.
"After that, they headed to Danilovgrad, where, according to a pre-prepared plan, they waited for an as-yet unidentified person, in an insidious way and out of self-interest, to take the life of Đurić Dalibor - a convicted person in the Spuž Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, so in the meantime, while while the victim was walking, he fired one projectile from a 7,9 mm sniper rifle and caused the victim a gunshot wound to the chest, resulting in death. After that, Pavićević and Trbo went back to the town of Rogame, where the teacher, after the murder and fleeing from the scene, left the "Škoda Octavia" and the rifle he used to shoot. The two then broke the rear windshield of the vehicle with a hammer and then poured gasoline into the cabin of that car and inserted several burning packages of hepo hocki, which caused a fire in order to destroy all material evidence and enable the perpetrator to move away unhindered in an unknown direction," it is written in indictments.
