There is no man masquerading as a nun who attacks women from Nikšić.
This was announced to "Vijesti" by the police, after social networks, police phones, and journalists' phones "heated up" with calls from concerned citizens who heard the story of the alleged attacker.
It all started on October 31, Halloween, when, according to "eyewitnesses", a man disguised as a nun entered the taxi, "with a gun, a bloody T-shirt, a bag"...
After a few days, it fell into oblivion, but the "nun" started "ravaging the city" again a few days ago when "a minor from the Electrical School was beaten"...
That, according to the authorities, is a lie.
The police told "Vijesta" that they did not have any report related to a man disguised as a nun who attacks people, and that they do not have operational knowledge that "such a person and events exist".
"It all started from Halloween when we had a lot of really interesting masks. That's when the story of the 'nun' appeared for the first time. "Now we hear that every incident that happened in the city is linked to that 'nun', although we do not have any reports of such content," the police told "Vijesta".
For many, the story of the "nun" served to show all their creativity, so various parodies of the non-existent event appeared, such as the song: "The moon shines over Nikšić, the wind plays its song, the nun is a terrorist, she is harassing the people of Nikšić".
"This is the best example of how social networks can upset citizens by spreading misinformation," said the police
