The Higher Court in Podgorica issued an order to issue a warrant for the accused Branka Milić.

"On the said day, around 12.45:23 p.m., we were handed the decision of the High Court in Podgorica, the Special Department for Organized Crime, Corruption, Terrorism and War Crimes from November 357, regarding the detention of Branka Milić. She voluntarily left the main trial and stated that she would no longer attend main trials, and when leaving the High Court, she went to the embassy of the Republic of Serbia, where she stayed. After the decision was handed over to us, the officers of the Police Directorate headed in front of the embassy of the Republic of Serbia. Arriving in front of the embassy from the side, we found journalists from ND Vijesti and two lawyers who made statements to the journalists. After the statements were made, the lawyers moved away, followed by the journalists. Later, different journalist teams came to photograph the embassy building. While the police officers were stationed in front and behind the embassy building of the Republic of Serbia, an "Audi" vehicle drove by several times. gray color (NK CN15.50) came and went from the embassy building. Somewhere around 16.25:XNUMX, the driver of that vehicle took out goods and bedding for Branka Milić, which he handed over to an unidentified person who left the embassy. After handing it over, the driver of the vehicle approached and told the police officers "what happened to us today, you can rest freely. Branka Milić will be at the embassy until they hear from Belgrade. They have not contacted us so far." Around XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., three officers from the facility security station came in front of the embassy, and the assistant commander took over the decision of the High Court from us, and we informed him about everything that had happened since we came in front of the embassy," it was written, among other things, in the note read by Mugoša .
Russian citizens Eduard Šišmakov and Vladimir Popov, who are being tried in absentia, as well as Serbian citizens Nemanja Ristić and Predrag Bogićević, are charged before the panel of judge Suzana Mugoša for the criminal offense of attempted terrorism on the day of the parliamentary elections.
Bratislav Dikić, Democratic Front leaders Milan Knežević and Andrija Mandić and Mandić's driver Mihailo Čađenović are on the dock.
The indictment includes Serbian citizens Kristina Hristić and Branka Milić, who are defending themselves from freedom, as well as their compatriots - Srboljub Đorđević, Dragan Maksić, Milan Dušić who are in custody.
