Officers of the Anti-Smuggling Department of the Customs Administration confiscated 3.020 cigarettes in Budva yesterday, without Montenegrin excise stamps.
"Due to the committed customs violation, the goods were permanently confiscated, and the person responsible was issued a violation order," the UC statement reads.
