The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of Serbia announced today that the police at the Gostun border crossing to Montenegro cut off the drug smuggling channel and arrested GM (34) from Vrbas, in whose vehicle they found 1.053 grams of cocaine.
According to reports, members of the MUP, in cooperation with the Directorate of Criminal Police and the Service for Combating Organized Crime, found a package with cocaine in the transmission cavity of a vehicle with Serbian license plates.
It is added that Mr. M, suspected of having committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, was given a measure of detention and that he will be brought to the prosecutor of the Higher Prosecutor's Office in Uzice along with a criminal report.
