Never add hot water. Then step into the tub barefoot and tap your feet in the ice water for just 10-15 seconds. You can also dance to some happy music. After that, get out of the bath and wipe your feet with a coarse terry towel and put on woolen socks. Do this every night and you will significantly strengthen your immunity.
