President of Ulcinj Court, Amir Đokaj decided yesterday after the hearing detention of four people from Novi Pazar, due to suspicion that they committed the crime of theft, the "News" find out.
The residents of Novopazar are suspected of being on Friday at Mercedes car stolen in Ulcinj coupe, German license plates.
